German legaltech platform for car accident compensation. Two complete products in one — a public-facing configurator that captures user cases, and a private admin panel where lawyers manage and process them.
CRASHhappens needed a platform that worked on both ends: users reporting accidents in a simple, guided flow — and lawyers managing those cases in a structured admin system. Built entirely in Bubble.io during my trainee years at a German IT company.

The public landing explains the service, builds trust and drives users into the configurator. One clear CTA: check your claim for free. The flow is conversion-focused — hero, social proof, 3-step process, testimonials.

03 — the configurator
Three steps. Case submitted.
The configurator guides users through their accident details in a simple, visual flow. Step by step, no legal jargon — designed so anyone can complete it regardless of their situation. Each step feeds directly into the lawyer admin.

Were you the victim or at fault? Visual card selection — Geschädigter, Verursacher, Teilschuld, Unklar.
02 injury status
Any injuries? Leicht verletzt, Schwer verletzt, Unverletzt. Simple icons, no ambiguity.
03 contact details
Free, no-obligation check. Name, email, phone — case submitted to the lawyer dashboard.

The configurator works identically on mobile — same step logic, same visual clarity. Most users reach the platform after an accident, stressed and on their phone. The UX accounts for that.

The other side: where lawyers work.
Every submitted case lands in the admin panel, where lawyers can review, assign and manage the full claim process. Case list, case detail, workflow stages — all built in Bubble.io. Data blurred for privacy.

The admin panel is protected by a dedicated login — completely separate from the public-facing configurator. Only registered lawyers can access case data.
Lawyer-only access
Email + password login, completely disconnected from the user-facing flow.
Real production use
This isn't a prototype — it's actively used by the CRASHhappens legal team to manage real accident claims in Germany.
06 — how it was built
Bubble.io. Full-stack.
The entire platform — both public and admin — was built in Bubble.io with no traditional code. Database, logic, workflows and UI all configured visually. Faster delivery, real production results.
